甲乙双方本着公平、自愿、互惠互利的原则，根据《中华人民共和国合同法》，经协商一致签订本协议。

一、公证方式
i．notarization1．

二、基本约定
ii．principalclauses1．
甲方负责将乙方合法商品通过甲方向中国进行销售，商品销售价格见《进口商品报价单》（见附件1）；乙方通过甲方向中国销售的商品必须附有中文说明（包括商品包装说明和商品说明书）。
